Cairo, May 28, 2024: GB Auto, the exclusive agent for Chery cars in Egypt, announced the launch of the all-new Chery Tiggo 4 Pro, assembled in Egypt. This vehicle aims to open new horizons for customers with its advanced technology and high standards of safety and design, marking the latest addition to the locally assembled Chery models in Egypt, following the success of the Tiggo 8 since its launch in the Egyptian market.
The launch of the Chery Tiggo 4 Pro in the Egyptian market is part of GB Auto’s dedication to offering the latest innovations to Egyptian consumers and implementing its strategy to strengthen the automotive sector. This involves providing various models for different customer segments using the latest technological systems.

The Chery Tiggo 4 Pro is specially designed with unique capabilities and ample space, making it the ideal companion for customers on the road. The Chery Tiggo 4 Pro CKD is available in three models: “COMFORT,” “LUXURY,” and “TURBO,” with specifications varying by model. The COMFORT and LUXURY models feature a powerful 1.5-liter engine producing 111 horsepower at 6,150 RPM and 138 Nm of torque at 4,000 RPM, while the TURBO model features a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine generating 145 horsepower at 5,500 RPM and 210 Nm of torque between 1,750-4,000 RPM, ensuring strong performance and stability on the road for all three models.
The COMFORT and LUXURY models come with 17-inch rims, while the TURBO model comes with 18-inch alloy wheels. The exterior mirrors on the LUXURY and TURBO models are foldable. Inside, the Chery Tiggo 4 Pro is equipped with a powerful electric air conditioner, a 3.5-inch dashboard screen in the COMFORT model, and a 7-inch screen in the LUXURY and TURBO models, which also feature an electric driver’s seat and electronic gear shift (TURBO trim only). The LUXURY and TURBO models boast luxurious leather seats, offering a high level of comfort and elegance, while the COMFORT model comes with fabric seats.
The Chery Tiggo 4 Pro is equipped with numerous safety and security features, including ABS brakes, electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), electronic stability program (ESP), hill-hold control (HHC), electronic parking brake (EPB), tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a rearview camera, and airbags for the driver and front passenger. The car features LED daytime running lights and LED headlights in the LUXURY and TURBO models, along with ambient interior lighting in the TURBO model.
For comfort and entertainment, the car includes a smart key, remote engine start, automatic light sensor, cruise control, a sunroof in the LUXURY and TURBO models, a wireless charger in the TURBO model, a 10.25-inch infotainment screen, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity.
