Cairo, Egypt – NDS Group has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ROX Motor to establish Egypt as a central regional hub serving North Africa and the Middle East, with future expansion plans targeting African and European markets. The agreement underscores a shared vision to capitalize on Egypt’s strategic geographic position, advanced infrastructure, and growing market potential, supported by planned investments in operations, distribution networks, and localized capabilities.
The initiative is set to enhance Egypt’s role within regional and global automotive supply chains, positioning the country as a key logistics gateway connecting multiple markets. In addition to serving the Middle East and North Africa, the project is expected to extend its reach into Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe, reinforcing Egypt’s importance as a pivotal node in international trade flows.
The MoU was signed during a two-day official visit by ROX Motor’s senior management to Egypt. The visit coincided with the official launch of the ROX ADAMAS model, alongside the inauguration of a new showroom and service center, marking a significant step in the company’s expansion strategy within the Egyptian market.

He highlighted that selecting the Alexandria Free Zone reflects strong confidence in Egypt’s logistics infrastructure and its capacity to efficiently serve diverse markets.
Elsherif added that, as the exclusive distributor of ROX vehicles in Egypt, the Group has successfully introduced two flagship models to the local market—ROX 01 and ROX ADAMAS, the latter launched in late March 2026. Both models represent a significant advancement in the luxury all-terrain SUV segment, combining cutting-edge technology, modern design, and a fully integrated driving experience tailored to customers seeking both performance and sophistication.
For his part, Jarvis Yan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ROX Motor, noted that the collaboration aligns with the company’s broader international expansion strategy. He emphasized that Egypt serves as a vital gateway to both Middle Eastern and African markets, given its strategic geographic positioning.
David Wu, Chief Strategy Officer at ROX Motor, revealed that the company is currently advancing a feasibility study to establish a regional hub in Alexandria. The proposed hub is expected to enhance distribution efficiency, reduce delivery timelines, and strengthen after-sales services through improved availability of spare parts.
Dr. Raafat El Mahdy, Chief Strategy Officer and Industrial Projects Consultant at Nour Eldin Elsherif Group, affirmed that Egypt offers an ideal balance of cost efficiency, scalability, and regional connectivity. He noted that the project aligns with the Group’s broader strategy to expand its industrial and logistics footprint, in line with Egypt’s vision to become a regional center for manufacturing and exports.
Under the agreement, both parties will collaborate on utilizing the Alexandria Free Zone as a regional distribution hub for ROX vehicles, alongside establishing a dedicated spare parts warehouse to serve the Middle East and North Africa, with future expansion into African and European markets.
