In his 204-page book – “HUMMER H2 – KING-SIZE AMERICA!” – German car journalist Hans-Jürgen Tücherer looks back on the eventful history of the spectacular US off-roader. He relates many entertaining and amusing stories such as its origin as the HMMWV military vehicle or its painful delivery in the GM Group before the start of production in 2002. The English translation is the work of Jürgen Hödel, a German professional translator living in the USA.

The 18 chapters and more than 200 mesmerizing photos from many unusual angles document the host of interesting details to be found on the H2 SUV and SUT production cars.
