Alfa Romeo Launches Driving Academy in Partnership with Scuderia de Adamich

Varano de’ Melegari, Italy — Alfa Romeo has unveiled a new chapter in its legacy of performance and driving excellence with the launch of the Alfa Romeo Driving Academy, developed in collaboration with long-time partner Scuderia de Adamich. The initiative builds on a partnership that dates back to 1991, combining Alfa Romeo’s distinctive sporting heritage with the technical expertise of one of Europe’s leading driving institutions.

Hosted at the Autodrome of Varano de’ Melegari, the historic base of Scuderia de Adamich, the academy offers participants a comprehensive range of driving experiences under the supervision of professional driver-instructors. The program lineup includes four distinct levels: Safe Driving, Advanced Driving, Sport Driving, and Pro Driving—each tailored to different skill sets and objectives.

Participants will have access to the full Alfa Romeo range, from the compact Junior and the Tonale SUV to the high-performance Giulia sedan and Stelvio. The academy integrates all available powertrains, including fully electric, hybrid, turbo petrol, and turbo diesel, providing hands-on exposure to the brand’s evolving technology and engineering.

The initiative is also positioned within Italy’s renowned Motor Valley, reinforcing Alfa Romeo’s commitment to delivering immersive, high-end experiences. It aligns with the broader BOTTEGAFUORISERIE project, launched to promote personalization, innovation, and craftsmanship across the Alfa Romeo and Maserati brands.

Each program within the academy is designed to enhance both performance and safety. The Safe Driving course focuses on improving reflexes and vehicle control in critical situations, while the Advanced Driving module allows participants to deepen their understanding of vehicle dynamics. The Sport Driving experience emphasizes high-intensity performance and precision handling, and the Pro Driving course targets experienced drivers aiming to refine their skills to a professional standard.

Beyond individual training, the academy also offers customized programs for corporate clients, including driver training and team-building experiences tailored to specific organizational needs.

Scuderia de Adamich, founded by former Formula 1 driver Andrea de Adamich, has long been a pioneer in driver training. With operations spanning more than 35 countries and the establishment of Scuderia de Adamich USA Ltd in 2018, the organization has cemented its position as a global reference in safe and high-performance driving.
