Cairo, Egypt – GEELY RIDDARA has officially inaugurated its first showroom in Egypt in partnership with AbouGhali Auto, marking the brand’s entry into the Egyptian market and a new step in its strategy to promote smart and electric mobility.

Located at SODIC Strip Mall in Sheikh Zayed City, the new showroom was inaugurated in the presence of VIP guests, representatives from the automotive dealership sector, leading automotive media professionals, and prominent social media influencers specializing in the automotive industry.

The launch introduces Egyptian customers to RIDDARA’s modern approach to the pickup segment, combining electric performance, intelligent technology, premium comfort, and an energetic lifestyle-oriented design.

Electric Performance Meets Pickup Capability

At the heart of the RIDDARA lineup is the Ultra 4×4, engineered to deliver a combination of electric performance and practical pickup capability. The model generates up to 315 kW of motor power and 595 Nm of torque, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds.

The vehicle is equipped with an 86 kWh battery and offers an electric driving range of up to 550 km under the NEDC cycle, providing a balance between everyday usability and long-distance journeys.

Beyond its electric powertrain, RIDDARA is designed to handle demanding pickup applications. It offers a payload capacity of up to 1,115 kg, a towing capacity of up to 3,000 kg, and a 4×4 drivetrain. The vehicle can also wade through water at depths of up to 815 mm, while offering ground clearance of up to 225 mm.

Adding further versatility, the RIDDARA Ultra features up to 6 kW of external power discharge from the cargo box, allowing customers to power equipment and devices during outdoor activities, road trips, camping excursions, and other lifestyle applications.

Advanced Safety and Intelligent Technology

Depending on the selected variant, RIDDARA is equipped with a comprehensive range of driver-assistance technologies, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Intelligent Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Detection, Lane Change Assist, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Braking, among other advanced systems.

The cabin is designed to combine technology with comfort and practicality. Depending on the grade, available features include leather seats, power-adjustable front seats, a 14.6-inch floating central display, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, intelligent voice vehicle control, 50W wireless smartphone charging, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and an audio system with up to eight speakers.

Distinctive Exterior Design

The RIDDARA’s exterior design further reinforces its combination of functionality and lifestyle appeal. Depending on the variant, available equipment includes LED lighting, ADB Matrix LED headlights, adaptive steering headlights, illuminated RIDDARA lettering on the front grille, an opening panoramic sunroof, an aluminum roof luggage rack, and 18-inch alloy wheels.
