Alexandria, Egypt – Alexandria National Automotive (ANA), the leading authorized distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Egypt, has officially inaugurated its newly upgraded showroom and service center in Alexandria. The comprehensive development aims to elevate the customer journey while aligning with the latest global standards of the German luxury brand in design, sophistication, and advanced technologies.
The new facility offers a full spectrum of services that reflect the Mercedes-Benz philosophy of combining luxury with practicality. These include sales of new and certified pre-owned cars, maintenance services, genuine spare parts, an accessories counter, test drive opportunities, replacement car services, and insurance solutions.
Spanning a total area of 4,154 square meters, the upgraded showroom features a display space for seven vehicles, along with a service center equipped with 14 productive bays designed to deliver premium levels of maintenance and after-sales support.
Alexandria National Automotive emphasized that this development comes in response to the rapid evolution of the luxury automotive sector and the growing expectations of discerning customers seeking an elevated experience that unites modern design with advanced technology. The new concept includes floor-to-ceiling glass façades, interactive digital screens, state of the art 360 digital scanner to record detailed vehicle condition upon arrival and an integrated infrastructure prepared to accommodate the accelerating transition toward electric vehicles.
