Ezz Elarab Elsewedy Investments and Bank NXT Sign EGP 2.1 Billion Credit Facility Agreement to Support Automotive Manufacturing Investments and Establish a New Paint Plant

Cairo, Egypt – As part of its industrial expansion strategy and ongoing efforts to strengthen its production capabilities, Ezz Elarab Elsewedy Investments (ESI) announced the signing of an EGP 2 billion credit facility agreement with Bank NXT. The facility will support investments in Ezz Elarab Elsewedy Automotive Factories and finance the establishment of a new paint plant, further advancing the Group’s industrial integration and increasing its production capacity.

The new paint plant comes as part of the Group’s strategy to localize manufacturing and expand its production capabilities. The investment will help meet local market demand, create new job opportunities, increase local content and support the state’s objectives for industrial production and export growth. The credit facility also reflects the banking sector’s confidence in the Group’s strong financial position and long-term investment vision.
